We are sending photo's & video's to our clients in order for them to see production flow - progress on production from the beginning to end.

Shipping out container's and receiving whole amount of funds for a certain order does not mean an end, for us it's just the beginning. We only say it is already the end once the goods arrived to buyer's door & have their feedback.

T&H do face every problem that buyers report to us - buyer's show us proof that things really happened. T&H do accept & grant client demands on how to settle a problem. But ofcourse, we do our best in order to satisfy every buyer that we have - let them feel happy working with us!

Samples / Prototypes

Sample Program

We will provide you sample of most products contained in our catalogue / website, or which ever will be your requirement will be free of charge, however recipient should pay for the freight charges (either sending it via air or by sea).

Samples are being prepared and fabricated within (3-5days / 5-10days), it will depends on the availability of material to be use, and will also depends on the nature of the item to be made.

Samples are severally sent via UPS Express, Federal Express, DHL or using any other shipping companies.

We reserve the right to limit quantities & dollar values of free samples/ prototypes.

Payments

Terms of Payments:

1) New buyers: by t/t or wire transfer

- 50% deposit upon p.o. receipt + 50% full payment pre-shipped.
- 30% deposit upon p.o. receipt + 70% full payment pre-shipped.

2) Regular buyers: by t/t or wire transfer

- payment after shipment (payment against documents)

3) New & Regular Buyers : Letter of Credit

- 30% deposit by wire transfer or by t/t + 70% by L/C at sight.
