We are sending photo's & video's to our clients in order for them to see production flow - progress on production from the beginning to end.

Shipping out container's and receiving whole amount of funds for a certain order does not mean an end, for us it's just the beginning. We only say it is already the end once the goods arrived to buyer's door & have their feedback.

T&H do face every problem that buyers report to us - buyer's show us proof that things really happened. T&H do accept & grant client demands on how to settle a problem. But ofcourse, we do our best in order to satisfy every buyer that we have - let them feel happy working with us!
